This recipe is simply bursting with flavor!

It is one of the recipes everyone has had at some time in their life. It is a simple and easy, no-cook recipe; which is extra nice on Thanksgiving Day since every burner and the oven has multiple uses.

Coming in at only $1.02 per serving this is one low cost delicious dish!

This recipe is so delicious and easy to make it is a shame if you do not make it more often when ever cranberries are in season. It makes a delicious salad for week nights.

I add a little some thing extra to my version of this classic. :)

This is what you will need to make about 1 cup of relish:

1 medium unpeeled orange and:

            eeeee               1 tablespoon zest

1 12-ounce package fresh cranberries

¾ cup sugar

1-2 tablespoons Triple Sec*

Lime slices for garnish

*Optional and may not be appropriate for children. Can use any flavored liqueur that rocks your boat.

Here is what you do:

Wash and drain the cranberries. Wash the orange too.

Using a zester zest the orange to make about 1-2 tablespoon of zest.

Cut the orange into fourths or eighths , or even into sixteenths depending on how big your food processor is. Remove all seeds from the orange.
